How Do I Book A Party?
Booking a party is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

3. Fill out our booking form here, and our Fairy Godmother will plan the rest!
What if I don't see the character I want listed on your website?
We are always adding new and exciting characters to Project Princess! If you request a character that we don't currently have, we will gladly order them for your event! To ensure your favorite character, we recommend booking your event at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Please note that all parties and events are reserved on a "first come, first serve" basis. Your character request is based on availability and is not always guaranteed.
How Far Do You Travel?
We service a 40 mile radius outside of the 73106 zip code. For parties beyond this zip code there is a $1 per mile travel travel fee assessed.
How many guests are included in my package?
All of our packages (with the exception of the Mini Meet & Greet) are designed for 15 children or less. If you would to have more guests at your party please add an additional 30 minutes, or an additional character.
What age should my child be?
Character parties can be enjoyed by children of all ages! Most packages are designed for 2-10 year olds, however we recommend pop-star parties and mermaid packages for older children.
When should I have my character arrive?
We recommend having your performer arrive 15-30 minutes after the party start time to ensure all guests have arrived and can enjoy all the activities planned by our character.
Will you perform outdoors?
Outdoor venues are welcome! However, if you are planning an outdoor event, always have a backup plan in case of bad weather. Because of our expensive costumes and wigs, we will not be able to do an outdoor event if the temperature is above 90 degrees or below 50 degrees. We also ask that you provide accommodations for our performers in the event of bad weather, wind or extreme heat. Character performers require a clean, dry area free of dirt and mud. Please let us know on your reservation form if your event will be outdoors so that we can make proper preparations.
What venues will you entertain at?
We can travel to any type of party venue, but please keep in mind that some venues have their own guidelines and restrictions. Please check to see if your venue allows outside entertainment to perform before booking with us.
Do you have a venue?
At this time we are strictly a parties that come to you service, however, we have several venues in town that we partner with and can recommend. Contact Us for a recommendation.
Does my performer accept gratuity?
Absolutely! Our cast members are trained to embody each fairytale character, princess or superhero they play. They are also trained to make each and every party and event is a success. Gratuity is a great way of letting your princess know that you loved her performance! While it is not expected, it is always greatly appreciated.
